When your open role is featured on our site, it will be pinned to the top of our jobs board for a week. It will be one of the first five posts and one of the first things that seekers see when they arrive at our jobs board.
Reach includes accessing both active and passive job seekers where they are - across the EdSurge site, including our Jobs Board, our newsletters, and Twitter. We know that our job seekers are actively re-tweeting our content on Twitter, searching our Jobs Board for open roles, and reading our newsletters, both for industry updates and the latest on hiring.
The EdSurge team will reach out to you within 1 business day of your paid post to see when you would like to feature your job. Our average job posting receives ~200 page views and ~20 apply nows. EdSurge candidates share a passion for and interest in education and education technology. Many are looking for mission-driven organizations (for-profit companies, nonprofits, schools / universities, and districts) where they can make an impact in early childhood education, K-12, higher ed, and/or lifelong learning.

EdSurge cultivates a wide variety of active and passive job seekers in both role type and experience. They come from for-profit companies, nonprofits, schools, districts, and universities. Currently, a job can stay on the jobs board until it expires. The EdSurge team will reach out between the 80 and 90-day mark to see if you have filled your position or whether you would like to refresh your post for free. At that point, you can either refresh your post or let your post expire. If you do not refresh your post, it will automatically expire within the next 7 days.
If you choose to feature your post on our Jobs Board via our Silver, Gold, or Platinum packages, it will remain featured for seven days.
You can edit, expire, and add additional jobs via your EdSurge dashboard. If you would like to add additional visibility to an existing job or to upgrade your current package you can do so by emailing helpdesk@edsurge.com.
